What is included in a wellness consultation?

• The wellness consultation sessions are tailored to your unique needs. They include a holistic assessment, a breakdown of your personal health and wellness, and support on herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and more. In short, it's a collaborative exploration of your fulfillment in life and setting goals to get to where you'd like to be physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Can I use your herbal products alongside my current medication?

• I strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before combining herbal remedies with any medications. I am a clinically trained herbalist, so I have experience with formulating around pharmaceuticals, however it is your responsibility to talk with your healthcare provider before taking herbal formulas. How are your products made?

• Sacred Spirit Herbal products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients. I follow strict quality control measures to ensure you receive only the best. I also purchase from sustainable and ethically sourced crafters from all over the world!

What qualifications do you have in herbal medicine and wellness coaching?

• Zonie has years of training in herbal medicine, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies, and holistic health practices, backed by scientific research and certification in various wellness modalities. With a MS in Herbal Medicine, a BS in Health and Wellness, and several CAM certifications and trainings, you can rest assured she has your health and wellness in high priority.
