Hey there, I'm Zonie. I'm an Alabama native, where I reside with my small family. If you'd met me 10 years ago, you'd witness a different person. As many of us do, I have changed so much throughout my time here, and I am so grateful for this journey.
Of course in the unknowing, I didn’t always know this is where I’d end up. Like many of us, I’ve walked through chapters that seemed disconnected at the time, and each one has taught me something I couldn’t yet see in full.
In this current flow of life, my work is a co-creation with the natural world and a sacred offering of remembrance, restoration, and reconnection. I don't claim to be the healer. I simply hold space, reflect light, and share the tools I’ve gathered along the way. The healer is already within you. The magic of your alchemy is already in motion. I’m just here to walk beside you while you remember.
As a wellness guide, intuitive herbalist, and space-holder for transformation, I help others reconnect with their inner rhythms, plant allies, and intuitive voice. Through herbal medicine, integrative coaching, energy work, movement, and spiritual support, I offer gentle invitations back to the true self (who already knows the way).
If you want to learn more about my story, see below.
In my early adulthood, I studied theatre and English, where I was drawn to the art of story, expression, and the subtle psychology that lives between the lines. Those studies taught me how to observe human nature by how we hold pain, how we reach for beauty, and how we seek meaning in both.
Eventually, I found myself in the structure of the corporate world, where I gained confidence in leadership, organization, and transpersonal communication. For years, I played the role I thought I was meant to play, until that chapter closed abruptly. Losing that job shook the foundation I’d built... but it also cracked me open.
In the quiet that followed, I began listening inward. I focused on my physical health, began healing my relationship with my body, and slowly found my way back to the arts through acting in a local nonprofit theatre company. That time rekindled the creativity I thought I had lost and led me back to something even deeper.
I returned to school to study health and wellness, driven by a desire to heal from the inside out. I released over 100 pounds of physical weight from my body, but more importantly, I shed years of shame and separation from my higher self. That transformation opened the door to deeper emotional healing, and it was then that the plants began to speak.
Herbalism called to me not just as a science, but as a spiritual path. I followed it back to the Earth, back to intuition, and back to the sacred. Each leaf, each root, each cup of tea became a teacher. I was (and still am) thirsty for what knowledge we have uncovered as humans living on this beautiful Earth. As I continued on, I completed my master’s degree in Herbal Medicine and opened myself to the wisdom of the unseen world. Reiki, ritual, movement, coaching, and energy work became extensions of that same calling. I started to listen, to tend, to remember.
I don’t pretend to have it all figured out. I don't have a really dark or tragic backstory, but I have days that i let shadows hold me. In truth, I’m always in the process of alchemizing through shifting, shedding, softening, and evolving. I believe we all are. The work is never finished....and I think that’s the point.
This path has blessed me beyond measure to release perfection, and to bloom in purpose and understanding. My hope is to offer what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) in service to others. To hold space for both the light and the shadow. To honor the balance. To return, always, to the sacred.

But just as important as my formal training is the quiet, daily alchemy I commit to within myself. I am always shifting, softening, expanding. Just like you. This path is never about perfection . It’s about presence and persistence.
When we remember who we are, return to our roots, and open to what’s already within us, our true healing begins. Nature reminds us of this constantly: we grow when we’re ready, we bloom in cycles, we rest without guilt. I believe in tending to the soul as much as the body. I believe in listening to the land, to the ancestors, to our higher selves. And I believe that every person is their own best medicine.
You’ve made it this far for a reason. Let’s honor that together.
